Returns Policy

All goods must not have been used, they must also be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged.
Note that if these conditions are not met your return will not be accepted.
All unlocking / service equipment must not be registered.

You will be credited for the goods within 14 days of notifying Complete Fone Solutions.

We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items.

If goods are faulty you have 14 days to return them for a full refund or exchange.

 

LCD And Digitiser Returns Policy:

LCD's and parts are eligible for exchange if defective.

To be eligible for exchange the parts must have all protective films in tact.

We advise to plug the parts to the phone to test before full assembly.

If any part shows signs of full fitting including glue or fixing tape we are unable to exchange them.
