All Accessories purchased, have a 12 months warranty period with either the manufacturer or ourselves. All goods will be credited if they are returned within 30 days of purchase and proven to be faulty under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. If goods become faulty after the first 30 days, an automatic replacement will be processed and shipped with your next order.
All component parts purchased, have a 12 month warranty with either the manufacturer or ourselves unless stated otherwise. All goods will be exchanged if they are returned within 30 days of purchase and proven to be faulty under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Any parts outsourced specifically for your order will NOT be replaced or refunded, you will be informed prior to an outsourced part being ordered on your behalf.
LCD screens can only be returned if they have a manufactures fault, i.e. white screen, lines, blank etc. Any fault caused by misuse, neglect or accidental damage will void the warranty agreement. LCD’s must be returned in a sellable condition free from scratches, blemishes and any signs of adhesive. All warranty marks and stickers must be free from damage and completely intact.
Parts Cracked upon delivery must be reported within 48hrs. Any later than this grace period and the part will not be replaced, it becomes your responsibility.
High Quality Parts:
30 Days Warranty on parts (unless otherwise stated). Parts must be sent back within the warranty period to qualify for a refund.
To Qualify for Refund:
Returns are accepted by processing an RMA. An RMA can be requested up to 30 days after the original invoice date (We will not be able to accept any returns for unwanted parts if we have sourced parts especially for your order). For a full refund, parts returned must not show any signs of use or shall be void. Parts must have their seals, protectors and be in their original packaging. Parts must be returned in new and sellable condition.
Items returned after 30 days will be processed according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
We will send the returned items to the manufacturer/distributor on your behalf, once a decision has been reached by the responsible party you will be informed. If a replacement part is provided or the original item repaired, it will be immediately sent to you upon arrival.
Replacement is solely at the manufacture’s discretion, we cannot request for a replacement.
Decisions made by the manufacturer are final, there is no room for appeal or for special treatment requests.
Once parts are returned, we shall evaluate it and try our level best to send out replacements within 1-3 working days.
You the client will bear the shipping charges; European clients will also bear shipping costs as it falls beneath the distance selling act.
Post 30 Day Return Period
Once the 30 day return period has passed, if an item is faulty it will be replaced. If the item is no longer in stock or available, a credit note will be issued.
