The store prices are constantly updated and every effort is made to make them as accurate as possible.
Returns Policy And Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of your order.
To do this you should notify us by emailing info@completefone.com quoting your order number.
You are responsible for returning the goods in a new and unused condition and at your own cost unless the goods are faulty.

Returns Policy
All goods must not have been used, they must also be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged.
Note that if these conditions are not met your return will not be accepted.
All unlocking / service equipment must not be registered.
You will be credited for the goods within 3 days of notifying Complete Fone Solutions.
We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items.
If goods are faulty you have 14 days to return them for a full refund or exchange.
LCD And Digitiser Returns Policy:
LCD’s and parts are eligible for exchange if defective.
To be eligible for exchange the parts must have all original protective films.
We advise to plug the parts to the phone to test before full assembly.
If any part shows signs of full fitting including glue or fixing tape we are unable to exchange them.
