- The fingerprint sensor may need to be recalibrated using official Google software from this website - https://pixelrepair.withgoogle.com/carrier_selection Select 'install fingerprint calibration' at the bottom and follow the onscreen instructions - The phone will need to be rebooted a couple of times but data on the handset is NOT touched
