  1. About these terms and conditions.

The mentioned terms and conditions apply to all on this site. Please take the time to read them carefully and ensure they are understood to avoid discrepancy. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, all changes are effective immediately. Each time you proceed to check out you will be prompted to read the terms and conditions as well as agree to them before you can complete your order. This ensures that you are constantly aware of the most recent changes, if applicable. We strongly recommend you print and keep a copy.

  1. Our Contract

The opportunity to check and correct any input errors made in your order will be available up until you ‘confirm’ and submit your order, any changes required beyond this point will have to be voiced directly to the sales team sales@completefone.com.

Once an order has been submitted you will receive an email consisting of a sales invoice confirming the order details along with payment instructions for BACS. If payment has already been made the sales invoice will contain payment confirmation.

Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will take place once you have received an email confirming the order (second email), its contents and details of shipping. Complete Fone Solutions reserves the right to decline all or part of your order prior to this point. In the cases where an order has been wholly or partly refused, explanation will be provided in the second email which will be a substitute for the confirmation email.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices and charges on this site are displayed in UK pounds. We do not accept any other currencies as methods of payment. Premium delivery services can be applied during checkout, these services are subject to an additional cost. The total cost of the order is the sum of the products within the order as well as the shipping charges. The total cost of the order as well as a breakdown of individual item costs will be clearly displayed in your shopping basket.

Due to shipping costs and regulations, if a package exceeds a certain volume and must be sent in multiple packages an additional charge will be incurred. In these rare instances, you will be notified by email or phone prior to the charges being added to your account, you will have to confirm and accept the charges before your order is accepted and shipped.

Offers, products and prices displayed on this site are subject to availability and changes may be made while you are adding services or products to the cart, once we have accepted your order and it has been prepared for shipping any changes will not be applicable to your order.

If a product becomes unavailable we will do our utmost to find you an alternative or where possible outsource the product for you, all outsourced products must be accepted by you before we place an order for them, if there is a difference in price you will be informed and the part will be ordered for you as per your request.

At Complete Fone Solutions we do the utmost to ensure that all information displayed on this site is accurate, however, mishaps can occur. In the rare event of a product being wrongly described or mispriced, we will inform you prior to despatching your order. If you decide that you are no longer interested in the product or item you will receive a full refund of the amount in question. If you decide to continue with the order then you will be required to provide payment for the item at the correct price, once this is processed successfully your order will be dispatched.

  1. Payment

Payment methods accepted are listed below:

  • World Pay

  • Paypal

  • BACS

Goods and items will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full and the funds cleared.

Important NB:

Prior to placing an order on the site, ensure that you have read, understood and wholly agree to our policies, terms and conditions. If you are unsure or have a question with regards to an item or an order please contact us prior to completing your purchase. We cannot be held liable for your order mistakes, you can contact a member of the sales team either by email or by phone @.

We handle a vast number of emails and calls a day! Please be patient while awaiting a response, we aim to respond no later than 24hours after first contact. Be sure to send us all relevant information in the email body that will help us identify you as well as the product or order in question. Email subject should contain the Point of contacts name as well as the order ID number, if applicable.

Ordering

Do not place an order for a product or an item if you are in any way unsure about it. If you are uncertain on a devices model, contact a member of the team. Many devices have multiple versions and not all parts are universally compatible, please be sure that you are placing an order for the correct part. The responsibility of ordering the correct item is based solely on your shoulders. Completefone cannot and will not accept liability for an incorrectly ordered item or product.

Refunds for incorrectly ordered items may be given at the discretion of company management, however, in any circumstance, shipping is non-refundable.

Problems

If you have any issues or problems with an order do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to assist our customers, more often than not we can usually have the problem either resolved on the spot or an agreeable solution will be reached.

  1. Delivery Policy (UK)

Here at CFS we offer both standard and special delivery services on all orders. Please note, whilst we do everything in our power to ensure delivery times are accurate and that all orders are received punctually, due to high order volumes at peak times and possible courier issues, delays may occur.

Tracking details are enclosed in the email order confirmation (second email). If your order is being delivered by courier, our Order Confirmation email will contain a link to the courier’s website and a parcel number, so that you can use it to track your order right to your door.

  1. Order Tracking

By logging in to ‘My Account’ on the website, you will be able to track the progress of your order.

  1. Delivery Tracking

When your order is being delivered by courier, your email order confirmation will contain a link to the courier’s website alongside a parcel number, this is all you will need to track your order all the way to your front door. We cannot and will not accept liability for issues with the tracking services, this will have to be taken up with the courier.

  1. Parcel Contents

We utilise the order form in order to check that all contents purchased are in the package prior to delivery. Each item is checked and ticked off on the order form once it has been put in the package, the package is then checked again before being sealed and sent out for delivery. Although we have a rigorous process to ensure all items are sent out accurately, in exceptional circumstances an item can be misplaced or omitted from the order, if this is the case you have 48hours from the date of delivery to report the missing item/items and management will decide on either:

  1. Providing a credit note which will be used to reduce your next invoice, if the item is no longer in stock.

  2. If the item is in stock it will be added to your next order FOC.

  1. Terms of Warranty

Please note, LCD’s are individually tested on either a PCB test machine or other testing equipment. We go through a strict and dedicated testing procedure with all items, mainly LCD’s.
Due to the Strict testing, we assure all LCD modules will be in perfect working order as each individual one would have been tested pre-hand. Our LCDs and parts are inlaid with a security seal and other security marks.
The warranty does not cover the risk of damage to parts or loss during transportation by post or any other delivery service.

The Company reserves the right to reject a Customer’s warranty claim in specific instances listed below:

  1. warranty seals are removed or damaged

  2. warranty period has expired

  3. evident attempts of tampering.

Please note warranty conditions on Parts and LCD modules with Complete Fone Solutions ltd:

  • LCD’s must be tested externally prior to installation, fitted LCD’s are void of warranty.

  • We will not be held responsible for incorrect fitting of an LCD or any other part.

  • We strongly advise that all adhesive from the previous LCD is removed including the frame adhesive.

  • We also recommend the manufacturers adhesive is used to attach the LCD or other components used, adhesive is available for purchase under Repair Equipment on the website.

  • We will not be responsible for pressure applied to the LCD which causes cracking.

  • We check every LCD that leaves our premises and therefore if the LCD is cracked, it would be due to either incorrect fitting/carelessness or damage in transit, in either instance we cannot and will not be held liable, cracked LCD’s will not be refunded in any case.

The above warranty is given by us subject to us having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods’ manufacturers’ instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.

When returning Goods to us:

  • Goods Should be returned as new in their original packaging, these items shall be refunded, exchanged or replaced if they are returned within 30 days of date of purchase of the Goods and proof of purchase is supplied; and

  1. We will examine the returned Goods and will notify you via e-mail within a reasonable time frame. Returned Goods must be in the same condition in which you received them with the original packaging. The Goods must not have been used and, where applicable, must not have been removed from the Box or Clear packaging, the packaging includes stickers and films that protect the LCD.

If a Part is not required;

  1. Please notify us within 30 days, unwanted items will be liable for a restocking fee minus any lower price changes due to fluctuation of the market, the restocking fee is subject to the Managements decision at the time of return, a restocking fee will be 15% of the original value of the goods.

  2. We will examine the returned Goods and will notify you via e-mail within a reasonable time frame. Returned Goods must be in the same condition in which you received them with the original packaging. The Goods must not have been used and, where applicable, must not have been removed from the Box or Clear packaging, the packaging includes stickers and films that protect the LCD.

Special Orders

“Special Order” means any Goods that are not held in Qty by us are therefore ordered specifically as per your request. Payment in full is required for such Special Orders at the time the Special Order is placed with us. Special Orders that are ordered in specifically as per your request are non-refundable.

  1. International Orders and Customs Duty

When placing an order outside of the UK, you, the customer is responsible for any Customs duty Taxes as well as any possible paperwork that is required.

We will not be held liable or responsible if the package is shipped back to us, damaged or confiscated due to any issues with customs clearance. When and if customs require additional proof of sale or proof of value, we will provide this. Please note that we will not adjust any values on invoices under any circumstance.
